Nouvelles : Official contest in Pulderbos
On October 12 the official contest (= selection for the Belgian Championships) for our province was organised in Pulderbos. Between rainy days we were very lucky with a dry day! For the first time Jenna was away from her familiar surroundings, braided for the first time, the first show presentation, ... but our chestnut behaved perfectly! Also for Noor it had been a long time and she needed to adjust at the show arena. Both our mares achieved a first category (= are selected for the BC) and were resp. fifth and second in their series.
Furthermore we can let you know: for the coming year three mares are in foal. In early April Noor will be the first with a foal by Kondor van 't Keerkenhof, followed in June by Myra and Annelies II respectively pregnant by Matteo van 't Rietenhof and Mathador van de Bouwhoeve. After the setbacks last spring we look forward with a little more tension, but the more hope to the next foaling season!
